Parking Rules & FAQ

All members are expected to follow these rules. Questions? Contact the board.

General Rules

One permitted vehicle per spot
Each permit entitles the holder to park one Permitted Motor Vehicle at 1123 Lombard Street (Quince & Lombard, Philadelphia). A Permitted Motor Vehicle is an automobile, SUV, light truck, motorcycle, motor scooter, or similar vehicle — provided its size, dimensions, and weight allow it to fit within a delineated space without obstructing other members. No additional vehicles may occupy the spot, even temporarily.
Fit within your space
Your vehicle must fit fully within the delineated spot markings without obstructing the driving lane, pedestrian walkway, or adjacent spots.
No storage in the lot
The lot is for vehicle parking only. Bicycles, furniture, equipment, or other items may not be stored in spots or common areas.
Board-designated alternative location
If lot conditions require it, the board may designate an alternative parking location within a reasonable distance from 1123 Lombard Street for a reasonable period. This provision has never been invoked.

Overnight Parking

Overnight spots
Overnight spots (permits 100–140) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vehicles may remain in the spot continuously.
Daytime-only spots
Daytime-only permits (permits 200+) are for daytime use. Vehicles must be removed by midnight and may not remain overnight.

Guest Parking

No guest parking
The lot does not permit guest or visitor parking. Permits are personal and non-transferable. Allowing another vehicle to use your spot is a violation of your permit.

EV Charging

Plugzio charging stations
The lot is equipped with Plugzio EV charging stations available to members. A separate EV Charging Waiver must be signed before using any charging station.
Waiver required
Download and sign the EV Station Waiver (available in the member portal under Documents). Return the signed waiver to the board before your first charge session.
Charging etiquette
Do not unplug another vehicle's charging cable. If a station is occupied and you need to charge, contact the board.

Enforcement

Violations
Violations of these rules may result in suspension of parking privileges. Repeat violations may result in termination of membership.
Report a problem
If you observe a violation or have a concern, contact the board using the contact form. Do not confront other lot users directly.
